Do I need to clean the item after my event?

No need to clean your garment after your event. If you happen to stain or damage the item, just notify us instead of attempting to clean or mend it. 

What happens If I damage/stain a garment? 

Majority of light wear can be removed without cost to the renter. However, after assessment, you will be advised if the item needs additional dry cleaning, treatment or repair - Which you are liable to cover the cost of accordingly depending on the garment.

If the damage is beyond repair or restoration, you will be charged the RRP and any missed existing rentals. 

Pretty Little Hires NZ is the legal owner of all garment(s) at all times, you are simply only ‘renting’. It is the responsibility of the renter that all garment(s) in the original condition. Failure to comply may result in Pretty Little Hires escalating the matter to a debt collection agency, police or disputes tribunal.
