On our booking calendar on the product, choose the date you wish to rent your garment for (please select the date of your event).
Our standard rentals are for your event date until the next working day, meaning you book for the day of your event and your garment will need to be sent back to us the following working day.
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible especially for Rural deliveries.
Please note: If your event is during the day or if you are travelling, please make a note of this upon checkout.
Our postal cut-off 2pm Wednesday for the current week.
If orders are made after this, Saturday delivery is recommended if your event is on Saturday. Please make sure 'Saturday delivery' option is selected upon checkout, as this increases the chances of your garment arrives on time.
We are not liable for items which do not arrive on time, if this option is not selected at shipping.
Orders which are made after the cut off & do not arrive are eligible for store credit as remedy.
Refunds are not provided for postal delays/errors, only store credit is issued. However, please note the shipping costs are not included within store credit if it has been already been dispatched. We provide store-credit out of good faith and have the right to reject or withdraw any remedies.
You will receive a tracking number once your item has been collected from us by the courier. This may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check! Please note that as the renter, you are responsible for tracking and monitoring your own parcel.

DURING YOUR EVENT:
Enjoy wearing your garment - We want you to have the best time, make sure to look after your outfit & tag us in snaps you get! Do not worry about cleaning, please notify us as soon as possible if you happen to damage/stain a garment, read more about this HERE.
The next working day after your event, place your garment back into the return postal bag that we supply. Hand this over the counter at your local post shop so that it can be scanned. DO NOT put your rental into a street postbox, as these are not cleared regularly and we are unable to track your garment when this is done.
Garments MUST be returned prior to the return date noted on your order. Failure to do so may be subject to late fees.
Drop off orders: Please drop your garment off the next working day to the original address you collected from. Failure to do will be subject to late fees.
