Cancellations & Refunds
Cases at which refunds will be offered are special circumstances where the order cannot be fulfilled due to a double-booking or if the garment is unavailable.
What if an item does not fit?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if the item does not suit, fit incorrectly or for changes of mind.
We are more than happy to make recommendations on the sizing of garments. Feel free to contact us prior for advice or measurements!
We do our best to assist with with sizing, however, please note our recommendations do not make us liable if the garment does not fit.
If you happen to change your mind. Let us know of your cancellation as soon as possible prior to dispatch and we will:
- Provide you credit for the full value of your order
- Swap your chosen garment
- Reserve your garment for an alternative available date
Unfortunately, no reimbursement is provided if you cancel once the item has already been posted.
Damaged or Stained Orders:
In the circumstance where a garment is received damaged & or stained prior to wear. If this occurs, please contact us immediately with evidence to negotiate a suitable remedy - We have final say on all remedies. Items must be sent back and remain unworn.
We post our deliveries to the best of our ability to make sure your garment reaches you early/on your expected date.
In the case a shipping delay does occur, please let us know or contact Courier Post on 0800 268 743 to connect you with a representative press 1 then 3.
We always aim to assist in ensuring the item reaches you, however, we are not liable for postal faults, delays in shipping, misdirects (if the parcel is correctly addressed) once the item is collected by the courier; or communication involved between our customers and Courier Post.
Unfortunately, refunds are not provided for orders booked with postal errors, however, we will provide store-credit (minus shipping expenses).
