Pick Ups & Shipping

Pick ups:

Garments are available to pick up for free in Wellington! In either Petone or Churton Park (dependent on the item).

Garments ranging from Sizes 4-8 tend to be based in Petone.

Garments ranging from Sizes 8-10+ tend to be based in Churton Park.

However, please double-check on location when arranging your collection.

Postage:

All parcels are delivered with overnight tracked Courier Post for $15, this includes a pre-paid return bag. Extra charges incur for rural or Saturday deliveries.

When will your order be sent? Your garment will be sent 1-3 days prior to your rental date. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it has been posted, this may be in your spam inbox.

We will always aim to send parcels as early as possible, however, this can be dependant on when we receive the dress back from the previous renter/cleaning/previous postal delays.

If a garment does not reach you on time due to postal services please get in touch with us immediately.

Refunds are not provided for postal delays/errors, only store credit is issued. However, please note the shipping costs are not included within store credit if it has been already been dispatched.

It's important to double check the correct shipping is selected upon checkout. We are not liable for orders failing to arrive if the incorrect option is not selected at shipping.

Tracking:

Regular tracking updates will be sent to your provided email, where your tracking number can also be found. Alternatively, have your tracking number ready and head the NZ Post tracking portal HERE.

If you cannot find your tracking email please check your Spam email inbox.

In the case a shipping delay does occur, please let us know or contact Courier Post on 0800 268 743 to connect you with a representative press 1 then 3.

The Courier Customer Care Centre is open 7am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Saturday & Rural Delivery:

Saturday delivery - If an order is placed after 2pm Wednesday for the current week, Saturday delivery is recommended. Please make sure 'Saturday delivery' option is selected upon checkout, as this increases the chances of your garment arrives on time.

Rural delivery - If your address is considered rural, please make sure the 'Rural Delivery' option is selected upon checkout. This provides us notice also, as rural deliveries can take slightly longer (1-3 days) even if shipped overnight. You may be required to pay the extra rural-delivery charge if it is considered rural by the couriers.

We are not liable for items which do not arrive on time, if this option is not selected at shipping.
